The Role
As a
Centre Manager
, you'll lead a thriving early learning community, supporting your team, building strong relationships with families and creating an environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre while providing strong leadership across educational outcomes, compliance, team development and family engagement.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring and developing a team of educators and leaders
Building strong relationships with families and the local community
Overseeing centre operations, compliance and educational outcomes
Managing enrolments,



budgets and day-to-day centre performance
Ensuring the centre meets or exceeds the National Quality Standards
Working collaboratively with Quality, Education, Marketing and Operations teams
Championing child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practices
Building a positive and supportive team culture
Role Requirements
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven experience in early learning centre operations and/or leadership
Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills
A genuine passion for early learning, child safety and achieving positive outcomes for children
The Centre
