About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our North / West Territory through new business acquisition, relationship management and specification sales.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales skilled who enjoys building customer partnerships, identifying opportunities and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
n

Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and margin targets
n
Prospect and secure new business opportunities
n
Build strong relationships with builders, customers and key stakeholders
n
Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM systems
n
Provide product, technical and design solutions to customers
n




Negotiate and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service
n
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
n

About You
n

Proven sales success with a strong track record of achieving targets
n
Building industry experience is essential
n
Skilled in prospecting, lead generation and consultative selling
n
Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities
n
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
Self-motivated, resilient and results-focused
n
