Port Lincoln Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Patient Services Officer to join our Medical Records team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role behind the scenes, supporting patient care through the accurate management of medical records while providing a professional and welcoming service to patients, visitors and staff.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll contribute to the efficient operation of patient administration services, including reception, medical records management, switchboard operations and general administrative support.
How Will You Contribute:
Provide professional reception, switchboard and administrative support across the Patient Services Department.
Maintain accurate patient information and medical records while supporting effective patient management systems.
Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery across the hospital.
Contribute to a safe, high-quality and patient-focused environment through teamwork, continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
