Randstad is seeking Casual Mail Sorters to join our National client in Mornington to cover their peak period coming up! Working fixed weekday afternoon shifts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring parcels and letters are processed accurately and efficiently for delivery across Australia. Due to start very soon and conclude at the end of October.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Sorting incoming and outgoing envelope mail, small packages, and general freight.
n
Operating sorting machinery and manual processing lines.
n
Heavy manual handling, including lifting items up to 16kg regularly throughout the shift.
n
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed to meet tight daily transport deadlines.
n
Adhering to strict site safety and manual handling guidelines.
n

What We Are Looking For
n
n
Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 16kg repeatedly across a 6-hour shift.
n
Availability: Available Monday through Friday for 4:00 PM starts.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a focus on site safety.

Compliance Requirements: Ability to pass a mandatory National Police Check, Drug & Alcohol Screen, and a pre-employment Medical Assessment.
