Job Description
In the role you will
Collaborating with the Registered Nurses in planning, implementing and evaluate nursing care and service delivery to provide resident-focused, high quality care.
Lead, motivate and mentor Care Staff
Assume accountability and responsibility for your own practice based upon your level of competence

Desired Skills and Experience
Candidates will require:
Enrolled Nursing registration with AHPRA
A passion for people centred care
Demonstrated ability to keep organised, accurate and confidential records
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
The ability to work autonomously and think on your feet
Flu vaccination and at least 2 Covid vaccinations
Aged care experience preferred but not essential
Australian working rights (unfortunately we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
