About the Team
Our Financial Administration teams provide supportive services to help clients maintain their financial security, manage their legal interests and access the benefits and services they are entitled to. These are clients whose financial affairs VCAT has determined should be administered by State Trustees. Our Integrated Support teams work with clients whose circumstances require more targeted support and expertise. This may include clients who own property, live in a Supported Residential Service, are beneficiaries of a trust, participate in the NDIS or require support with infringements.
About the Role
As a Personal Financial Consultant - Integrated Support, you'll manage a portfolio of clients with complex financial and legal needs, providing tailored support that reflects their circumstances, will and preferences.
You will have a direct impact on providing quality service and support to clients allocated across the team whilst working closely with other consultants to assist them with financial administration support. You will be able to make quick, client focused decisions in your role working in a cross-collaborative business unit.
