Role Description
The Agents Representative will work on-site in Romsey, VIC in a full-time capacity, supporting the sales and property management teams in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include assisting with property listings, coordinating inspections, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining accurate documentation and databases. The role involves regular client communication, responding to inquiries, providing property information, and supporting negotiations under the guidance of licensed agents.



The Agents Representative will also help with administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and compliance with relevant real estate legislation and agency procedures. This position requires a proactive, client-focused approach and a strong commitment to representing TCC Real Estate's values in the local community.
Qualifications
Current Agents Representative qualification and understanding of Victorian real estate regulations.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
Organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic marketing and administration skills, including comfort with property marketing platforms, CRM systems, and standard office software.
Customer service mindset with a professional, ethical approach and a genuine interest in real estate and the Macedon Ranges region.
Ability to work in office, hold a valid driver's license, and travel locally for inspections and appointments as required.
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
