We're looking for an energetic and reliable Assistant Manager to help lead our Goonellabah team.
You'll support the Store Manager with daily operations, lead shifts, coach team members and help deliver excellent food and customer service.
What you'll be doing
Leading busy shifts and supporting the team
Training and developing team members
Maintaining high food quality and service standards
Assisting with rostering, stock control and store costs
Creating a fun, positive and high-performing workplace
What we're looking for
Previous leadership or senior team experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
A reliable, hands‐on approach
Confidence coaching and motivating a team
Availability across evenings and weekends
