This permanent full time role is for an experienced and skilled Enrolled Nurse who has completed a module on medication administration. Basedat Braeside Hospital in Prairiewood you will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the bestnursing care and advice to patients.

About you
Experience in Palliative Care or interest in working inthis specialist area
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Ability to work a rotating roster
Experience and qualifications in the specialty or discipline




Experience working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and other language skills
Willingness to travel between HammondCare's sites and services
Sound computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy and patience
