About the team
Our Finance team are a vital partner in every aspect of our business, providing commercial insights to drive our success and influence everything we do. With presence in every department, we analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions.
About the role
As Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will support accurate supplier payments, strengthen financial controls and coordinate offshore operations across the Liquor business. Your key responsibilities will include:
Please note: This is a fixed term contract
Coordinate offshore accounts payable activities, supplier queries and team performance
Resolve complex payment escalations across suppliers, stores, distribution centres and internal team
Review financial reports, identify trends and provide commercially focused recommendations
Oversee period end processes, journals and reporting to ensure accuracy and timelines
Partner with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues across the end to end supply chain
Support business and technology initiatives, including ERP and process improvement projects
Maintain strong governance, documented procedures and compliance across accounts payable operations
About you and your skills




You are an experienced accounts payable professional who combines strong technical knowledge with practical judgement, confident stakeholder engagement and a passion for improving how work gets done. You will also bring:
Clear communication, problem solving and the ability to influence stakeholders
Experience across accounts payable processing and supplier query management
Experience delivering accurate outcomes within a retail or high volume environment
Strong ERP capability, ideally across SAP, MAX or similar ERP
Proven experience coordinating and supporting offshore or shared service teams
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills with confidence analysing financial information
