Job Description
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will deliver high-quality assessment and intervention services while providing mentoring and clinical support to Speech Pathologists within the team.
Working with children and their families, you will help clients develop communication, social interaction, and functional life skills that support participation in everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventions
Manage a diverse paediatric caseload
Support and mentor junior clinicians
Provide clinical guidance and contribute to service excellence
Develop and monitor client-centred therapy plans and goals
Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, educators, and allied health professionals
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status or eligibility
Demonstrated experience working with children and families
Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience mentoring or supporting junior clinicians (desirable)
Current Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
