Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-focused workplace
A passion for developing people and building great teams
A positive, hands-on leadership style

Your Experience
5+ years' experience in retail or hospitality
2+ years' experience leading teams
Experience delivering operational, customer and business outcomes
Certificate IV in Business or equivalent experience (desirable)
