This is an exciting opportunity to join our specialist Knockdown Rebuild team, based from one of our South East display homes.
You'll work with customers who are embarking on one of the most significant journeys of their lives. From the first conversation through to contract, you'll provide expert guidance, build genuine relationships, and help customers navigate the knockdown rebuild process with confidence.
Supported by qualified leads and a trusted premium brand, you'll have the opportunity to grow your success while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the knockdown rebuild journey
Follow up qualified enquiries and convert opportunities into new home sales contracts
Create confidence and trust by providing expert advice and personalised solutions
Generate referral opportunities through outstanding customer service and existing networks
Prepare tailored home proposals and product recommendations to suit customer needs
Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems
Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and available opportunities




Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Support customers throughout their building journey to help deliver an exceptional outcome
What You'll Bring?
Proven success in new home sales, with previous knockdown rebuild experience highly regarded
A genuine passion for helping customers bring their vision to life
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to establish trust and rapport with a wide range of customers
Robust sales, negotiation, and closing capabilities
