Support the strategic direction of key client event programs on a national scale
Lead end-to-end planning, design and delivery of client events and national programs
Set event objectives, measure return on investment and conduct post-event evaluations
Build and manage stakeholder relationships across the firm
Create unique, purposeful opportunities for client engagement
Analyse client data, including use of the CRM system, to develop recommendations for event campaign targeting
Drive operational excellence and adopt current technologies to enhance engagement, efficiency and client experience
Support delivery of national webinars and other digital client engagement programs
Lead initiatives from concept through delivery
Promote excellent client service and the Allens brand to market
Requirements
Extensive experience planning and executing corporate events
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of an organisation and influence outcomes
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity or uncertainty
Excellent communication skills




Ability to engage professionally with senior partners, vendors and key clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Adept at juggling multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Desire to learn, grow, network and mentor others
