Baillie Hill is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team in East Victoria Park, WA. You'll lead hands-on across two onsite kitchens and a dedicated pizza kitchen, partnering with the Executive and Head Chef to drive consistent high standards in a busy, high-volume operation.
You'll mentor chefs and junior staff, manage food quality, safety, costs and waste, assist with menu development and events, and work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service
