R&J; Batteries is seeking an experienced, hands‐on Branch Manager to lead our wonderful team in Hindmarsh.

What You'll Do
Lead all branch operations, sales performance and profitability
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Driving sales growth and market expansion
Manage inventory, stock control, reporting and branch performance
Foster a safe, positive and customer focused culture aligned with our Values
Work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm (45-hour week) with rostered Saturday mornings paid at penalty rates!
What you'll Bring
Proven leadership and operational management experience

A hands‐on, proactive and results‐driven approach
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Physically fitness and ability to perform some repetitive heavy lifting
Current driver's licence
