ABOUT THE ROLE:

To plan and provide high quality, nutritious meals in a safe hygienic environment.

This is a part time (0.6) leave cover position for up to 12 months.

ABOUT YOU:
n
You will have:
n
Essential:
n
n
Current food safety certificate
n
Experience and knowledge of commercial food preparation
n
Adhering to Corryong Health privacy of information policy and procedures
n
Ability to work in a budget
n
Knowledge and experience in menu planning
n
Ability to work in a team environment
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Basic computer skills
n
Work within WH&S; legislative requirements
n
n
Desirable:
n
n
Certificate in commercial (or equivalent) and or experience as a cook in a health organisation
n
Flexible approach to working hours including weekends
n
Previous experience in age care dietary requirements
n
Working in a large and complex healthcare system (desirable)
n
Valid Victorian or NSW Driver's License
n
