Bounce Inc. Keysborough is looking for a Cafe Team Leader to own the café experience, lead from the front and drive energy and standards across a busy venue. You will inspire your team, deliver exceptional hospitality, manage cafe operations during peak periods and develop skills for progression.
You'll champion coffee quality, food presentation and service, with a hands-on approach and a focus on upselling and output safety. Availability Thu–Mon incl. Fri evenings and weekends is required.
