Chisholm is seeking an experienced Senior Library and Learning Services Officer to join the Library & Learning Services team.

About The Role
The Senior Library and Learning Services Officer is responsible for the coordination and delivery of seamless frontline services, which enrich the student experience and support students to achieve their study goals.
The role leads the Library and Learning Services Officers, ensuring smooth frontline operations and coordinating daily activities across multiple campuses and service channels.
The position will drive operational improvements, establish and strengthen procedure relevant to the area, provide dynamic leadership and direction to ensure service delivery is effective and student focused using a data driven approach to analyse and evaluate opportunities to improve service delivery and the student experience.
About You
Qualifications required for the role:
You will have a relevant qualification at a minimum Diploma level or a combination of lesser qualification and significant library experience.
You Are a Highly Motivated Individual With
Well-developed leadership and team management skills
Highly organised with demonstrated ability to coordinate operations and manage competing priorities effectively
A strong (Intermediate) level of competency using Microsoft 365 (Teams, CoPilot, OneDrive, Word, Excel and Outlook)
Demonstrated experience in assisting others by troubleshooting and applying proactive problem-solving skills
Good communication and conflict resolution skills
Current experience in providing customer service support in a complex and demanding educational environment
Ability to work collaboratively and adopt a teamwork approach
Demonstrable current experience and knowledge of Library procedures and practices
