About the Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the prospect to make a real impact—driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.

Run a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety

You'll also have

Spent at least five years in a management role
A background in aged or medical care
Worked with a number of different systems

Competitive remuneration package value up to $550K (dependent upon experience).
