Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer in Australia to deliver in office and remote support for clients across desktops, servers and networked devices. You will install, configure and maintain PCs, networks and AV rooms, and handle moves/adds/changes as required.
You will resolve issues, follow up on escalations, and ensure SLA commitments are met while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Prior front-line engineering experience is preferred.
