Hark Coffee Roasters in Adelaide is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to own the floor, guest experience, and daily standards across the cafe. You will lead the floor team, manage POS, stock, and suppliers, and uphold food safety and workplace standards in office.
You'll report to the COO and work closely with owners and other store managers, maintaining consistent standards across sites and enjoying real authority on the shop floor, including Saturdays in the roster.
