About The Role
As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Alawarra Lodge, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the delivery of protected, high-quality and resident-centred care across the home.
In This Role, You Will
Lead,



coach and mentor a team of nurses and care staff to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
Oversee resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation processes
Support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness activities
Monitor and manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and broader leadership team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
Build strong relationships with residents, families, allied health professionals and external stakeholders
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and person-centred care excellence
Make a meaningful difference every day.
What You'll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous leadership experience within residential aged care
Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary aged care practicesDemonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management
Exceptional communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
A passion for developing teams and delivering outstanding resident outcomes
The ability to lead through change while maintaining high standards of care and compliance
