Cape York Institute for Policy and Leadership in Cairns, Queensland invites a Linguist to work with Ancestral Language Action Teams and the Pama Language Centre to record, revitalise and maintain ancestral languages across Cape York.
This role is ideal for someone team-oriented, culturally respectful and committed to community‐led language revival, with strong linguistic research and documentation skills and a willingness to work on‐site in Cairns, with travel to remote communities as required.
