Talent Quarter based in Brisbane seeks a Clinical Nurse Lead to mentor and guide nursing staff in a Disability & Aged Care (NDIS) setting. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to residents with complex needs, 24/7 coverage, and clinical governance.

You will lead Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses, supervise care plans, ensure alignment with NDIS standards, and foster a collaborative, supportive team workplace across Richlands and surrounding Brisbane locations.
