We are seeking an experienced Functions Supervisor to support the Site Manager in delivering functions and events across the school campus. From intimate meetings and casual teas to large formal dinners and major events, you'll lead the team and ensure every function is delivered safely, professionally and to a high standard.

Lead event operations from preparation through to pack-down
Coordinate and roster catering staff
Manage client and stakeholder relationships
Ensure food quality, service and dietary requirements are met
Monitor event operations and budgets, resolving issues as required
