M.J. Bale is looking for an experienced Store Business Manager to lead our Claremont Quarter store.
n
We're an Australian menswear brand known for quality tailoring, natural fibres and exceptional service. We're also a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.

About the role
n
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the store's performance, develop your team and build a strong local client base.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Leading,



coaching and developing the store team
n
Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
n
Building relationships with new and returning customers
n
Delivering expert advice across suiting, fit and styling
n
Managing rosters, stock and day-to-day store operations
n
Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
n
Creating a positive and results-focused team culture
n
n
About you
n
You'll bring:

Retail management experience, ideally in premium fashion or menswear
n
A strong sales record and confidence working towards targets
n
The ability to motivate and develop a team
n
Strong customer service and clienteling skills
n
A valuable eye for styling, presentation and detail
n
A hands-on and organised approach
n
Availability across a seven-day retail roster
n
