Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and hold accountable a team of eight Property Sales Consultants and their teams
Run the cadence: weekly sales meetings, monthly 1:1s, quarterly reviews and an annual business plan with every report
Own the Sales Agent Framework: rules of engagement, database policy, office allocation and the associate-to-agent pathway
Recruit and build the Devonport team and lift every office with team members who fit our values
Own listing pipeline, conversion and market share, with full visibility
Work with in house marketing and AI teams to put lead generation and in-house tools in Consultants hands, and measure the lift
Member of the leadership team, reporting to the Managing Director
About you
5+ years in sales based roles, preferably in real estate, with 2+ years leading, coaching and mentoring sales teams to target
Proficient in both the people and process sides of sales
Proven track record of leading teams to target, with the ability to rapidly develop, adapt and deploy strategies as the market moves
Experience designing and refining a predictable, high-performing listing and sales engine
Experience managing an end-to-end sales process in a CRM such as VaultRE




Experience recruiting, onboarding and developing sales consultants
Experience working closely with marketing and property management to align departments and activities
Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Property Agents Board of Tasmania
Based on, or ready to relocate to, the North West Coast of Tasmania
