Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Local Area Coordinator to support NDIS participants, linking to community services and assisting with plan development. Based in Charlestown or Raymond Terrace, the role offers 38 hours per week with some work-from-home flexibility.
You will work with people with disabilities, manage multiple tasks and meet service delivery deadlines, using your empathy, communication and organisational skills to help participants navigate options and funding.
