Job Description
Harvest Road Group in Australia seeks a dedicated Cold Stores Trainer and Assessor to lead on-the-job training for process workers. You will coordinate programs, monitor progress, and mentor staff while ensuring safety, quality standards and compliance with company procedures from paddock to plate.
You will work closely with Safety Officer and Head Trainer to keep training aligned with policies, updates to work instructions, and VOC sign-offs for equipment.
