Support day-to-day operations across the Chatswood and Neutral Bay Salvos Stores
Conduct retail sales and operate Point of Sale devices
Sort, price, and prepare donations for sale
Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation
Provide exceptional customer service
Display stock in correct departments according to policy and procedure
Follow Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures
Demonstrate The Salvation Army's core values in all work-related activities
Report to the Area Manager
Requirements
Retail sales experience highly regarded but not essential
Strong customer service skills
Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results
Alignment with values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity
High energy, hands-on individual with robust interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends
Preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area
Successful completion of a Working with Children Check for child-facing roles




Mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check for all roles
