The Opportunity
In this role, you will act as a key advisor to clients navigating the rapidly evolving digital landscape. The team is known for being down-to-earth and genuinely invested in the career progression of its members.
You, the successful applicant, will be responsible for a range of matters, including drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements,



guiding clients through procurement cycles and advising on the commercialisation of intellectual property and digital assets. You will build your 'know how' in data governance, privacy compliance, and cyber-risk management and hone your ability to translate client commercial needs into clear, practical legal advice.
You
For this chance, we are looking for lawyers with a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience in front-end technology or commercial legal work. You will bring a client-focused and pragmatic approach with demonstrable strong drafting skills.
