You'll deliver personalised treatments, assessments, and goal‐driven mobility plans within Plena Care Pathway, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree, current AHPRA registration, Australian working rights, and a willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check.
