Peoplefusion in Newcastle, NSW is seeking a People & Capability Coordinator to support HR across recruitment, onboarding and systems. This six‐month temporary assignment has genuine potential for extension or permanency. The role is full‐time, 38 hours per week, based in Charlestown and part of a supportive People & Capability team.
You will coordinate interviews and documentation, maintain HRIS records, handle routine HR enquiries and contribute to HR process improvements.
