About the role
This role combines the financial and corporate accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy,



integrity and compliance of BlueRock's financial position while also supporting group wide corporate matters such as statutory compliance, audit, risk and governance, board processes and corporate records.
The role is responsible for month-end reporting, balance sheet integrity and statutory compliance, alongside leading the annual financial statements audit, preparing documentation for Board and Committee meetings and managing the cap table of the company. Success in this role is built on a strong technical accounting foundation, meticulous attention to detail, a strong procedural mindset, and the ability to proactively ensure the company's corporate governance calendar is being maintained.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly reporting packs with a high level of detail
Analyse and identify variances to budgets and trends in financial data
Year-end consolidation and audit processes
Balance sheet & compliance
Perform balance sheet reconciliations across several entities
