You will have the flexibility of a truly
hybrid
role that will see you
working from home
for most of your week (our team connects at our Sandgate office
once per fortnight
), or you can work from one of our offices (
Sandgate, Brisbane city, Mitchelton
) if you prefer.
A day in the life of a CYW conveyancer
Your days will be fast-paced and you will interact with great clients and undertake challenging and interesting work. When your day is done, you can be comfortable knowing we value balance - we encourage you to leave your work at work.
As well as providing exceptional customer service, you can expect to:
Manage residential and commercial conveyancing transactions;
Draft TQ documents;
Use PEXA;
Liaise with all relevant parties throughout property transactions (conveyancers, financial institutions, real estate agents, brokers, etc.).
