Job Description
Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle seeks a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead current client acquisition across Corporate, Government, Conference and Leisure segments. You will build strong partnerships, identify opportunities and drive revenue with the hotel's distinctive meeting and events spaces.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will travel to connect with clients, host site inspections, and collaborate with Global Sales and hotel teams to maximise revenue.
