Manage payroll for approximately 700 employees across weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles, giving you comprehensive oversight of payroll operations

Key Responsibilities:
n

Take ownership of payroll processing for all employee types, including new starters, variances, leave,



terminations, and payroll adjustments
n
Manage superannuation, salary sacrifice, employee contributions, and deductions accurately
n
Ensure compliance with Payroll and Award legislation, including taxation obligations like PAYG withholding and Payroll Tax
n
Perform payroll reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve employee enquiries promptly
n
Maintain comprehensive payroll records and support month-end and year-end reporting processes
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Proven experience with end-to-end payroll processing in weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay cycles
n
Strong working knowledge of SAP and Workday systems
n
Sound understanding of payroll legislation, awards, taxation, and compliance requirements
n
Ability to respond to employee queries professionally and resolve issues quickly
n
Immediate availability or able to start within 1-2 weeks
n
Experience managing high-volume payroll environments is essential
