Our work is busy and largely administration based. We write lots of emails, make lots of phone calls and hold meetings (on-line) most weeks.




These meetings are one of the highlights of what we do as it is an opportunity to show and demonstrate all of the quality work that you have done throughout the year.
You will be thoroughly trained and prepared for this process
and direct support from senior team members will be provided for more challenging meetings.
We encourage you to adopt your own style in liaising with clients (phone, email, SMS) with the intent of solving the problem efficiently and indefinitely -
these skills are trained for and developed over time, irrespective of the level of experience.
Our work can be done between the hours of 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with the occasional after hours meeting. Team members often need to work harder at the start to learn and develop the appropriate skills and are typically (swiftly) rewarded when done so.

Our team structure is designed to offer support and training and development is continuous. High achieving team members consistently seek help from their peers which is strongly encouraged and positively received within the team.
We centralize as much of the repetitive work as we can so you can focus on delivering higher levels of service.
We provide regular training, some conducted internally, some by well respected external facilitators, some by industry experts.
Great work is done at our office in Surrey Hills (the local train station is very close) - but sometimes, better work is done remotely (by agreement).
You:
You can expect to earn an initial salary within the range of
$90,000 - $130,000 plus super
,if you have:
Experience working in an office environment (not necessarily in owners corporation management).
Completed a tertiary qualification.
A completed tertiary qualification from any field of study is acceptable for this role.
A clean police check - this is a requirement of you joining our industry professional body.
A competent skill base in technology.
Permanent residency, or on the path to obtaining this.
