The role

Monday to Friday from 6:54 am to 3:00 pm

Villawood, NSW (Parking available on-site and Leightonfield station is just a short walk away)

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistants to join our Lush Manufacturing site. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the safe, accurate, and efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within the manufacturing industry, build practical warehouse skills,



and become a valued member of a supportive and growing team.

Key Responsibilities
You will be:
Picking and packing orders for our Retail stores in Australia and Aotearoa (New Zealand).
Wrapping and labelling pallets of store orders and stock items
Assisting in regular inventory checks and stocktakes
Checking incoming stock, replenishing pick locations and allocating stock to appropriate storage locations
Assisting with various warehouse-related tasks as needed - we're a team, and we all pitch in!

Be self-motivated and able to use their own initiative
Have a keen eye for detail
Be comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
Be eager to learn new skills
Be open to a diverse workplace and enjoy working with a team.
Be physically capable of fulfilling the role, including standing up to 38 hours per week, lifting, and performing manual tasks
Other Requirements:
Safety boots are required for this role (we will reimburse up to $100 spent).
