Caravan Detailer, Customer Handover & Factory Hand
Vision RV is a proud Sunshine Coast business, designing, engineering and building one of Australia's leading caravan brands, and we're looking a talented person to join our team.
We are passionate about producing high-quality caravans and delivering an exceptional experience for every customer, from the moment a build order is received through to the day we deliver their finished caravan.
We are currently looking for a reliable, hands-on and customer-focused team member to join our growing team in a varied full-time role.
About the Role
This is a diverse role that combines
caravan detailing, customer handovers and general factory duties
.
No two days will be the same. You will play an important part in ensuring every caravan is presented to the highest possible standard before collection, while also helping customers understand and feel confident using their new caravan from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Thoroughly cleaning and detailing caravans inside and out prior to customer collection
Ensuring caravans are presented to a high standard and are clean, tidy and ready for handover.
Conducting customer handovers and walking customers through their new caravan
Explaining the operation and features of the caravan, including appliances, electrical systems, water systems and general functionality
Answering customer questions and ensuring they feel comfortable and confident before leaving with their recent caravan.
Assisting with the preparation and presentation of caravans for delivery and collection




Identifying any presentation or finishing issues and reporting them to the relevant team members
Assisting with general factory and yard duties as required
Helping with miscellaneous hands-on tasks around the factory
Supporting the wider production team during busy periods
About You
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You will ideally have:
A strong eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Confidence speaking with customers and providing excellent customer service.
The ability to explain things clearly and patiently to people with varying levels of experience.
A practical and hands-on approach to work
The ability to adapt and assist with a variety of tasks as required.
Good time management and organisational skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A current driver's licence
Previous caravan, RV, automotive or trade experience would be highly regarded but is not essential for the right person.
