Property Manager | WFH Two Days | Flexible Hours
The role
I am partnering with a highly regarded, award winning Inner-Brisbane real estate agency seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its established team.
You will manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 125 properties, primarily across Current Farm and Brisbane's inner suburbs. You'll receive a structured handover and the ongoing support of an attentive Department Manager who is genuinely invested in her team.
The department has excellent staff tenure, which reflects the supportive leadership, flexibility and positive working environment. People are trusted to manage their responsibilities, encouraged to continue developing and supported when challenges arise.
This is a collaborative team where everyone manages their own portfolio but is also willing to step in and help one another when needed.
Key responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day requirements of your residential portfolio
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance and follow up repairs
Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries promptly
Handle difficult conversations and resolve issues professionally




Ensure all notes, emails and actions are accurately recorded
Maintain compliance with current legislation and internal processes
Work collaboratively with the wider property management team
About you
2 + years experienced as a Property Manager
Strong organisation and system discipline
Sound judgement and the confidence to make decisions
Empathy and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations
Accountability and a willingness to learn
A collaborative, team-focused approach
Current Queensland real estate registration
Two work-from-home days each week
Structured and supportive handover
Supportive and attentive Department Manager
