As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives professional, efficient, and friendly service throughout their vehicle ownership journey.

A Day in the Life:
Welcome customers as they arrive in the service driveway or department
Communicate with customers throughout the day regarding technician findings and additional recommended work
Advise customers when their vehicles are ready for collection
Create Repair Orders and prepare accurate job costings
Review completed work with customers at the time of payment




Use your computer skills to efficiently manage repair orders and administrative tasks
