As a Trade Account Manager for Trade Builders, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering relationships with our trade clients in West Melbourne. This permanent, full time position is essential for enhancing our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trade sector to expand the client base.
Manage and oversee the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the trade or construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
