ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced and innovative individual to join our Factorie team as Digital Marketing Ecommerce Manager.
You will be responsible for leading the digital strategic direction to deliver our online commercial growth plans through a world class customer experience, aligned to the brand strategy.
As a core part of the customer team you will lead the digital customer experience, digital advertising strategy including SEO, SEM and Email Marketing.
You will be responsible for the Digital Marketing and eCommerce team as well as internal stakeholder partnerships to deliver innovative digital solutions with commercial impact in Australia and South Africa.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce
Experience in leading teams and building collaborative working relationships
A strong strategic mindset
Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change through best practice and delivering results
Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills




The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
Understanding of technology underpinning platforms
Able to plan, organise, schedule and project manage in an efficient way
Experience leading omni-channel customer campaigns
