Tiffy Group is seeking a highly organised, commercially driven Functions & Reservations Manager to manage function sales and reservations across our hospitality venues. The primary focus of this role is function sales — responding to incoming enquiries, converting leads into confirmed events, maximising function revenue and ensuring clients receive a professional and seamless experience from their initial enquiry through to the completion of their event. Alongside function sales, the Functions & Reservations Manager will oversee the group's reservation systems and processes, working closely with Venue Managers to ensure bookings are managed effectively and each venue is positioned to maximise revenue while maintaining a outstanding guest experience.
Key responsibilities
Manage incoming function and event enquiries across all Tiffy Group venues
Respond to new leads promptly, professionally and with a strong focus on conversion
Actively follow up tentative enquiries and outstanding proposals to convert opportunities into confirmed functions
Understand each venue's function spaces, packages, capacities, minimum spends and available options
Identify opportunities to upsell food, beverage packages, spaces and additional event requirements
Maintain an organised pipeline of new leads,



tentative functions and confirmed functions
Conduct regular site visits with prospective clients and confidently showcase the group's venues
Prepare function proposals, contracts and supporting information
Build relationships with repeat clients, corporate customers and event organisers
Work towards agreed function sales and revenue targets
About you
Experience in hospitality functions, reservations, event sales, venue management or a similar customer-facing sales role
Sales focused and motivated by converting enquiries into confirmed business
Highly organised and capable of managing multiple venues, enquiries and events simultaneously
Confident speaking with clients over the phone, via email and in person
Comfortable conducting venue tours and selling function spaces
Commercially minded with a good understanding of function revenue and minimum spends
An excellent written communicator with strong email etiquette
Detail oriented when managing contracts, payments and event information
Proactive with following up leads rather than waiting for clients to respond
Experienced with hospitality reservation or function management software; experience with Me&U; is advantageous
