The Rolen
You'll lead the continued growth of an established qualitative insights team, including:

Forging strong relationships with clients
n
Leading qualitative thinking and deliverables
n
Building out a happy and high performing team
n
Contributing to strategic planning and new business growth
n
Budget timeline and asset management
n
Bringing commercial thinking to every client engagement
n
Remaining hands-on with qualitative research and consulting
n
n

Deep expertise in qualitative methodologies and client consulting
n
Experience in a leadership role in another strategic insights agency.
n
Broad experience across methodologies, sectors and business challenges
n
A passion for developing people and building capability
n

Commercial acumen, curiosity and the ambition to help shape the future of the agency
