, your role will solve complex business problems and translate business needs into scalable, secure and commercially sound solutions that support the delivery of strategic initiatives.

You'll make an impact by:
Leading business analysis across complex strategic initiatives, from discovery and requirements through to delivery
Planning and facilitating workshops to understand business needs, validate requirements and define practical solutions
Partnering with Product, Legal, UX, technology teams, vendors and other stakeholders to align requirements and delivery outcomes
Analysing processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and simplify ways of working
Applying critical thinking and options analysis to balance customer value, cost, speed to value and total cost of ownership
Acting as a business analysis subject matter expert, providing advice and influencing stakeholders across the organisation
Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritisation and iterative delivery activities
Facilitating delivery ceremonies where required, including iteration planning, retrospectives and daily stand-ups
Supporting multiple initiatives across different stages of the delivery lifecycle while maintaining transparency and momentum
Using technology and tools to improve business analysis practices and ways of working

You'll be hands-on, working across the business to understand problems, challenge assumptions and turn complex requirements into practical solutions. You'll bring together stakeholders across Product, Technology, Legal, UX and external partners, creating clarity and alignment where there are competing priorities.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst working across large, strategic programs and complex delivery environments
Strong experience eliciting, analysing and documentingfunctional, stakeholder and transition requirements, including developing clearuser stories and acceptance criteria
Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across business, technology, product and delivery teams
Experience documentingcurrent and future state processes, identifying gaps and defining practical improvement opportunities
Strong process analysis, mapping and modelling capability, using tools such asVisio or Draw.io
Demonstrated experience maintainingrequirements traceability from Business Case through delivery, testing and implementation
Hands-on experience managing requirements, user stories and delivery artefacts inJira or Azure DevOps, with Jira preferred
Strong problem-solving and options analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritisation and iterative delivery activities
Knowledge of banking products, digital transformation or demonstratedability to quickly build this knowledge
Experience working ondigital transformation initiatives, particularly mobile banking, online banking, websites or online applications, will be highly regarded
