Our client is a global leader in personal protective equipment, workwear and industrial safety products, with a diverse portfolio of brands across Australia and New Zealand.

They are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead their ANZ marketing function and drive the next phase of growth across their Workwear, Footwear and PPE portfolios.
/n
/n The Role:/n
/n
Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the ANZ marketing strategy across multiple brands and product categories.
/n
/n
Leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team, you will work closely with Sales, Product and senior stakeholders to deliver commercially focused marketing programs that strengthen brands, engage customers and support sales growth.
/n
/n The key responsibilities include:/n
/n
/n
/n
- Develop and execute the annual ANZ marketing strategy across Workwear, Footwear and PPE.
/n
/n
- Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, ensuring clear priorities, accountability and collaboration.
/n
/n
- Manage the brand portfolio and ensure consistent positioning and execution across all channels.
/n
/n
- Develop integrated customer and channel marketing programs across retail, industrial, distribution and key accounts.
/n
/n
- Lead product launches from planning through to execution, working closely with Product, Sales, Planning and Supply Chain.
/n
/n
- Drive digital marketing across websites, email, social, paid media, SEO, SEM and content.
/n
/n
- Lead campaigns, events, trade shows, sponsorships and customer activations.
/n
/n
- Own the ANZ marketing budget, including forecasting, supplier management and ROI reporting.
/n
/n
- Use customer,
campaign and digital data to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
/n
/n
- Manage agencies and external partners to ensure quality, value and effective delivery.
/n
/n
- Build strong relationships across Sales, Product, Finance, IT and global marketing teams.
/n
/n
/n
/n You:/n
/n The ideal candidate will have:/n
/n
/n
/n
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
/n
/n
- 10+ years' marketing experience, including 5+ years leading a marketing team or function.
/n
/n
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategy across multiple brands, categories or business units.
/n
/n
- Solid commercial experience in a B2B, B2C or blended environment.
/n
/n
- Experience in industrial products, safety, workwear, footwear, trade distribution, retail, building products, automotive aftermarket or FMCG would be advantageous.
/n
/n
- Strong experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, suppliers and measuring ROI.
/n
/n
- Broad marketing capability across brand, product, customer, digital, content, social, email, events and sales enablement.
/n
/n
- Experience managing complex product launches and cross-functional marketing programs.
/n
/n
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
/n
/n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at a senior level.
/n
/n
- A strategic yet hands-on approach, with the ability to move from setting the strategy to making things happen.
/n
/n
/n
/n
