- Design, build and maintain front‑end features and React components across BAW's product suite

- Contribute to .NET backend services, APIs, authentication, logging patterns and reusable application components

- Build and maintain data ingestion, transformation and processing workflows

- Champion AI‑assisted tooling across team processes and ways of working

- Contribute to database schemas, SQL queries and stored procedures

- Improve performance, data quality and observability

- Contribute to solution design, technical specifications and acceptance criteria

- Support incident investigation and resolution across front‑end, backend and data processing systems

- Support and mentor developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
